Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our cosmetic services (“the Services”). These Terms and Conditions outline the legal agreement between you (“the Customer”) and [Aesthetic Medicine Facial Regivination] (“the Company”) regarding the provision of cosmetic procedures. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.1. The Customer can schedule an appointment for a consultation or procedure through our website, phone, or in person.
1.2. The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to notify the Customer promptly.
2. Consultation Fees
2.1. The Company may charge a consultation fee for an initial assessment of the Customer’s suitability for the desired procedure(s). The consultation fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee or commit the Customer to undergo the procedure(s).
2.2. Consultation fees are payable at the time of the appointment, and the Customer acknowledges that failure to pay the consultation fee may result in the cancellation of the appointment.
3. Procedure Costs
3.1. The costs associated with the cosmetic procedures will be discussed and agreed upon before the procedure takes place. The Customer will receive a written estimate outlining the fees for the procedure(s) and any additional services requested.
3.2. Payment for the procedure(s) must be made in full prior to the commencement of the procedure(s) unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company.
4. Precautions and Risks
4.1. The Customer acknowledges that cosmetic procedures carry certain risks and that individual results may vary. The Company will provide information on potential risks and complications during the consultation process.
4.2. The Customer agrees to follow all pre and post-procedure instructions provided by the Company to minimize risks and optimize results.
5. Customer Responsibilities
5.1. The Customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding their medical history, including any known allergies, medical conditions, medications, or previous cosmetic procedures.
5.2. The Customer acknowledges that they are responsible for disclosing any changes in their medical history or circumstances that may affect the suitability of the procedure(s) before each appointment.
6.1. The Company will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the Services. However, the Customer acknowledges that the results of the procedure(s) may vary depending on individual factors and the body’s response.
6.2. The Company shall not be held liable for any damage, injury, loss, or claim arising out of or in connection with the provision of the Services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy

8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
8.2. Any disputes arising from the provision of the Services shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction], Canada.
